There have been many people whom I have spoken to recently who have commented on the transitions and transformations which the year 2007 brought, prompting me to 'sit' with universe.

In so doing I was reminded of the importance of stillness. Of how stillness can be so productive, allowing the moment of pause to gain clarity, direction and inner peace to settle. The most productive thing we can do is to do nothing more often. Its the nothingness which also can hold the key to everything that we get so busy and active searching for, longing for, losing our self for. One of the greatest, most beautiful pathways back to self is to still ones self, to pause in the midst of the distractions, illusions, and constant movement of mind. Pause to read and take in each sentence of every chapter in the book of life you are living, writing and creating. Read your book, the 'Book of YOUR Life', it is a magical, divine and beautiful book of mystery and mastery.

White Tara was positioned intentionally in such a busy location to highlight how even amidst the busyness of life  that stillness can and is achievable, imperative and inevitable for our future. Whilst a group is meditating, a Healing is being shared, a body is being balanced only the walls and the choices we make for our lifestyles are separating these two experiences. In our current social and Global environments it is with honour that we respect the Universal permission to use the name of the Tibetan Goddess of Compassion; White Tara for the purpose of creating a centre of light and learning in this important coming of age. There have been and will be so many souls who will need Lighthouses beaming guiding through life's obstacles, illuminating the shadows of self and the path of the dark night of the soul. White Tara is one such Lighthouse amongst the many which Universe is encouraging and illuminating.

Many of us are being challenged for our highest good, even if at times it does not always feel that way. Universe has certainly tested and at the same time shifted many of the veils placed between realms for us to see ourselves and our world more clearly. Not with new eyes, but with old eyes, the eyes of those who have honoured, respected and nurtured our earth, nature, cosmos and all living beings who journey with them. We are reawakening to our most basic of all human, spirit and soul needs...to know thyself, to honour thyself, to love without reason, to know we are all one and each tree, ocean, animal, rainbow and living being is a part of us. We must become more conscious of our actions, intentions, responsibilities and how far reaching the consequences of our input into this world, our world can and will be.

Pregnancy Prayers  Thank you to everyone who sent their wishes and prayers during my pregnancy in 2007. It certainly was a year I shall never forget and Goddess willingly I shall never have to repeat! Wolfgang and I have been very blessed to birth such a precious little boy, Joshua, on November 19th 2007. Joshua arrived safe and well and is being bombarded with hugs and kisses from his big sister and two big brothers, and the occasional lick from Lily, our ever present furry family member. I will be seeing clients on a limited basis whilst Joshua is still awakening to our earth time. I am available every Wednesday and every second Saturday for Life Maps.
